Life With Ghosts—Refund Policy

  1. Full Refund
    A full refund (minus a $25 administrative fee) is available if requested at least 24 hours before the start of the first live class.
     

  2. Partial Refund
    If you attend the first live session and find the course is not right for you, you may request a 50% refund by contacting us within 72 hours after the first session ends.
    Note: Refunds will not be issued after this period or for on-demand content that has already been accessed.
     

  3. Non-Refundable Fees
    Any third-party transaction or processing fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
     

  4. Cancellations by Life With Ghosts
    If we cancel a course for any reason, you will receive a full refund, including administrative and processing fees.
     

How to Request a Refund
Please email admin@LifeWithGhosts.com with your name, the course title, and the reason for your request. Refunds will be reviewed and, if approved, processed within 15 business days.

Several community members have asked for a more personal way to connect with me, and so I've opened a small number of one-on-one office hours each week.

My primary work is filmmaking, but this feels important to make space for... you know... to be more of service.  

​

You may talk to me about anything—grief, spirituality, or if you simply have a sense that there's something calling to be explored.

​

I'm not a therapist, and this isn't formal mediumship. What I do is hold space and listen closely, and when I do that, things happen in a way that often feels clarifying or affirming.

​

These sessions are offered on a donation basis, with a suggested range of $25–$75.

 

To keep this sustainable, sessions are limited to my availability.
